Agnieszka Hanni

Dr. Aggie Hanni serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing at North Central College. In this role, she oversees Undergraduate Admissions, Admissions Systems, Financial Aid, Enrollment Communications and Marketing. Dr. Hanni has extensive higher education experience inclusive of leadership and teaching at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. She's a passionate advocate for higher education being the most reliable vehicle for positive social impact across generations. Dr. Hanni holds a Master's degree in Psychology, a PhD in Community Psychology, and an EdS in Higher Education Leadership from National Louis University. Her research expertise is two-fold: cognition in successful aging and strategic enrollment management. Dr. Hanni is a first-generation college graduate who immigrated to the U.S. while in high school. She joined North Central College from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
